Waalhalla Records provides an AI-powered platform for music video production and social media content distribution. Our service enables artists, labels, and creators to automate the creation and distribution of content across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

2. User authorisation

By connecting your social media accounts to our platform, you explicitly authorise Waalhalla Records to access those accounts and post content on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You may revoke this authorisation at any time by disconnecting your accounts through our platform or directly through the relevant social media platform's settings.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

All content posted to your social media accounts via our platform
Ensuring your use of our service complies with the terms of service of any connected social media platforms
Ensuring you have all necessary rights to any content you submit to our platform
Keeping your account credentials secure
Not using our service to post spam, misleading content, hate speech, explicit material, or content that violates applicable laws

4. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload through our platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models. You grant us a limited licence to process and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use our service to:

Post content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these Terms or uses our service in a manner that could harm other users, third parties, or our platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waalhalla Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts.
